Our eating plan will utilize Intuitive Eating principles so that you can learn to trust your body without the restriction of a diet. Learning to eat intuitively and prioritizing self-care such as sleep, movement, and stress management will improve your health and PCOS symptoms.
Are you recovering from an eating disorder?
If you have obsessive thoughts around food and body image related to eating disorders such as anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, or OSFED I am here to help.
I will work closely with your doctors, therapist, and/or psychiatrist to ensure that you are getting the care and nutrition support you need as you recover.
Eating disorder recovery can be challenging and scary. I will take a non-judgmental and individualized approach, since eating disorders occur in people of all ages, genders, races, and sizes.
As a dietitian, my role will be to help you be properly nourished, eat a variety of foods, restore weight (if needed), and alleviate stress around food. I will work with you, along with your treatment team, to improve body image and self care. My hope for everyone is that they can find joy and pleasure in eating.

75 Minute Initial Consultation ($160)

As of January 1, 2022, all healthcare providers are required to provide estimates for the costs of your care. You are entitled to receive a copy of your Good Faith Estimate (GFE) when you schedule an appointment, and/or upon request. The GFE shows the cost of items and services that are reasonably expected for your healthcare needs and treatment. This protects you from balance billing and other unexpected charges. What is it like to work with a dietitian?
We will talk about your goals are and what you are hoping to get out of our sessions together. Then we will spend some time talking about what is going on in your body with PCOS, discuss some changes to eating patterns, come up with meal ideas, and decide if supplements are right for you. Each session we will choose some achievable goals and evaluate them at the next session.
